the misuse of processes

We create processes when we are too lazy to ensure alignment.

Teams spend time create systems and documents to try to keep everyone together but rarely bring people together to understand the vision, goals, and plan.

If everyone knows what they need to do, then there’s no need to over-engineer a process.
