the belief of not good enough

One of the most undercutting moves we make is to believe we aren’t good enough. We end up unconsciously looking for evidence of it everywhere. The downstream effect is that we keep ourselves and our full potential locked up, inaccessible.

Beliefs feel real, but aren’t true. They are simply thoughts we’ve thought over and over again. But they are actually malleable. What about testing out a new thought today: I am enough.
